Get your monster, zombie or Halloween costumes on and take a walk.  Not only will you be a spooktacular sight in your local community or service, but you’ll be getting some exercise too!  We want you to post your photographs to any of the Aspire Facebook groups or pages.  Don’t forget to also let us know (in your Facebook post) how many miles or steps you did.

They will bring you news from across our services, tell you about upcoming diary dates.  The guest this week is Dennis Holmes, the new Chair of our Board.

Before you join the meeting for the first time you will need to get a Meeting ID number and Passcode from one of the Involvement Co-ordinators. Once you have the details, keep hold of them and use them every time you want to join in.
