Aspire Community Benefit Society supports people with learning disabilities to have better lives through the provision of high-quality, person-centred, care and support services.

Our purpose is to enhance the quality of the lives of the people we support by empowering them to be as independent as possible. Citizenship is at the heart of our organisation.

    Life is very different at the moment, and we can all get a bit stressed.  So why not enjoy some peace and calm by joining Gwilym’s Music & Meditation session?
    The first time you want to join in you’ll need to contact Gwilym, Tim, Caroline or Ailsa and they will give you a Meeting ID and Passcode. 
    Once you have the  details, keep hold of them and use them every time you want to join in.
