If not, sign up here or join in ten minutes early to get ready and registered with Sense with Zoom’s private chat feature during the session!

Enjoy moving with Anne-Marie to upbeat music whilst practicing your drumming skills using wooden spoons, pens, or whatever you have at home! This session can be completed seated or standing. You will need a clear space around you.
