  We’re excited that Aiden Fryer has joined us and will be teaching line dancing.  Every week from January he will go through the steps to get you scooting around the floor to a great piece of music.

  This is a chance to catch up with friends from across Aspire.  Ailsa, Caroline and Tim will also bring you news from the services and about upcoming diary dates, so why not join them?

  Before you join the meeting for the first time you will need to get a Meeting ID number and passcode from any of the Involvement Co-ordinators.  Once you have the details, keep hold of them, and use them every time you want to join in.

  Join our fabulous DJ, Nigel ‘Cally’ Callaghan, for an afternoon party with music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.  Today he’ll be played all our favourite Christmas songs.

  You can join the party on the Aspire CBS Facebook page on Fridays between 1:30 and 2:30pm.  Try to be prompt so you don’t miss the show!
