Dancing With Lewis
Get those muscles working by joining Lewis (from Strawberry Lane community base) in one of his dance or singalong sessions.
Music & Meditation
Life is very different at the moment, and we can all get a bit stressed. So why not enjoy some peace and calm by joining Gwilym’s Music & Meditation session?
The first time you want to join in you’ll need to contact Gwilym, Tim, Caroline or Ailsa and they will give you a Meeting ID and Passcode.
Once you have the details, keep hold of them and use them every time you want to join in.
