The Big Yellow Sunflower Movement Day (Aspire)
Walking, cycling, skipping, seated exercises … anything goes!
Do an activity or activities anytime from 1st of June through to 15th June and post a photo video of yourself doing it to our Aspire CBS Leeds Learning Disability Week Facebook group on Tuesday, 15th June.
Wear something yellow, adorn yourself in sunflowers or carry a picture of a sunflower.
Please Aspire know how far you walked or how many steps you achieved by emailing your area representative: cath.marchant@aspirecbs.org.uk (south),
teresa.jardine@aspirecbs.org.uk (North/West)
tracey.sowerby@aspirecbs.org.uk (North/East).
Aspire will total them all together and let you know how far we all went on Friday, 18th June during Picnic In Your Garden.
There will be a special Zoom meeting of the ‘All In This Together’ chat group on 8th June on how to make sunflower badges and headpieces.
If you want to join in the Zoom meeting, contact julie.lill@aspirecbs.org.uk for the joining details.
There will be prizes for Best Costume, Personal Achievement and Best Mileage.
