Aspire Does X Factor (Aspire)
We will post all the X-Factor entries to Facebook during the week before Leeds Learning Disability Week. This will enable people to view the entries during the week and add individual or group comments below each to indicate how many people want to register their ‘like’ of an entry.
Musical Theatre
Join Becci in her Musical Theatre class and learn this week’s song and dance routine.
Music & Meditation
Life is very different at the moment, and we can all get a bit stressed. So why not enjoy some peace and calm by joining Gwilym’s Music & Meditation session?
The first time you want to join in you’ll need to contact Gwilym, Tim, Caroline or Ailsa and they will give you a Meeting ID and Passcode.
Once you have the details, keep hold of them and use them every time you want to join in.
