Say Hello to Our New Apprentices

Prior to ‘spinning out’ we committed to taking on 5 apprentices in the new academic year. We wanted to build on our previous achievements with the very successful We Care Job Seeker Scheme aimed at people of any age who have been out of employment for some time, by also providing a pathway into employment for young people aged 18-24 years.

The apprentices will each undertake a one year placement with Aspire plus spend time at college. At the end of the year they are guaranteed an interview for a permanent Support Worker post, thus supporting our recruitment programme, and enabling us to ‘grow our own’ workforce for the future.

So, if you see Ian, Emmeline, Rebecca, Sumiera or Siobhan over the next few weeks, why not say hello?
