We’re pleased to welcome Lewis (from Strawberry Lane) who will be hosting weekly dance sessions live on our Aspire CBS Facebook page. He’ll run a variety of sessions including belly dancing, Zumba, keep fit and disco. So get those muscles working and join him most weeks on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00.

South Parkway is having a charity Elf Day to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society – https://www.alzheimers.org.uk/elfday/what-is-elf-day.
Their fundraising pack from the Society contained decorations and games, so they’re having afternoon tea in each property with activities for the people who live there throughout the day. They also have two raffle-type games: Name of the Elf and Guess the number of gingerbread men.
Of course, no-one can visit them at South Parkway due to Covid so they’d like us all to support them by dressing up – wherever we are – on the day.

A not-to-be-missed disco hosted by the wonderful folk Purple Patch Arts as part of International Day of Disabled People 2020. They’ll be playing upbeat classics that will be sure to get you moving and grooving.

Ailsa Ryder is hosting these weekly Zoom meetings which are open to people who attend any of our ENE services. This is an opportunity for you to chat with friends and catch up on all their news.
This week there will be a Christmas Quiz!

You are invited to join Yorkshire Dance in their fun filled Leaps & Bounds online Zoom classes.
Each week they will transform the class and travel to a different world. From underwater adventures to woodland escapes, they will keep the dancing going!
